The National Shipping Board (NSB) is constituted by the Government of India to advise the Central Government on matters relating to the development of Indian shipping and maritime industry. It includes Members of Parliament, representatives from Central Government Ministries and Departments, shipowners, seafarers, port authorities, and other maritime professionals.
